Who do I contact if something goes wrong with my chair?
If you have an issue with your chair, you will need to contact the original manufacturer to address your issue. All of our manufacturers offer a full year of in-home service on their chairs. You can contact us for contact numbers for each manufacturer or check the original product page for the phone number of your respective company's customer service line.
If you're having any issues that haven't been resolved in a timely manner or just like the idea of Wish Rock helping you through the process, please call us and tell us what's going on and we'll do our best to help you. We've been known to be the squeaky wheel with our suppliers to help get our customers the best service possible. In the end, we want you to be very happy with your purchase and experience and are willing to help however we can.
Your manufacturer's purchase order # was emailed to you with your original shipping / tracking information. If you can't find it, please let us know and we will be sure to get it to you as soon as possible. Once you have that number, save it for your records.
