Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT(S) and receive a full return of purchase amount less shipping/delivery and installation costs if applicable.
If return exceeds the 15-day time period and is within the 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCT(S), the following return policy is in effect:
- Full refund of purchase amount less a 20% restocking charge and shipping/delivery/installation costs if applicable.
- Full in-store credit or exchange for like merchandise and 20% restocking fee will be waived. (Refer to exchange policy).
All special orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
There will be no refunds on products that were shipped Less Than Load (LTL).
NO CASH REFUNDS will be given. A corporate check will be issued within 10 business days for return of all cash transactions.
All product(s) that have been shipped/delivered/installed must be physically returned to a Johnson Fitness & Wellness location before any refund is provided.
Johnson Fitness & Wellness reserves the right to refuse any returned item based on inspection of product for damage.
Exchange Policy
Johnson Fitness & Wellness offers a unique 30 day exchange policy.
If within 30 days from the date of receipt of your initial mainframe* purchase you feel the product does not best suit your needs for any reason, you may exchange the original mainframe* purchase for any mainframe* item with no penalty or restocking fees of any type.
Once a different item has been selected, Johnson Fitness & Wellness will simply charge any additional amount due for the new item or refund any difference with absolutely no additional fees or charges, including standard delivery** and installation. (If this delivery option was chosen at the time of the original purchase.)
**Standard delivery and installation is a radius of 35 miles from the closest Johnson Fitness & Wellness location.
